What we believe creates our thoughts and feelings and our thoughts and feelings determine our behavior, our results and our LIFE!

If your life isn't want you want, you can bet there are negative disempowering beliefs creating the havoc.  Don't worry, you can change them.  Create beliefs that will get you the life you want.  Be aware that the mind does not want to change!  You must create beliefs that are more powerful than the old beliefs.  You must also incorporate behaviors that you would do if you already had your new beliefs. Use positive and powerful words in the present tense and your new beliefs will eventually win. Start small, then go big.

Here's a simple example.  Say you want to improve your overall strength and you read that pushups are great way to do this.  Your belief is "I can't do a full pushup". With this belief, you will never do a pushup. So let's change it.  Every morning when you wake up before you get out of bed, close your eyes and see your self doing pushups.  Then, take action. Start slow and build.  Say to yourself, "I can do one pushup and I am getting stronger and stronger."  Get on the floor and start.  Do your best and know you will get to your goal.  Keep seeing, saying and doing this every morning until you can do one pushup with ease, then go to two.  You get the idea.  Soon you'll have a new powerful belief and a stronger body.
