Check out the “10 day” 5 basic food guidelines:
- Start your day with 8-16 oz of fresh squeezed (you squeeze it) orange or grapefruit juice.
- During the day choose from any fresh organic fruits or leafy green salads and eat as much as you want.
- Keep it really simple. Avoid too much mixing. If you eat apples, eat apples. A salad would consist of leafy greens and maybe 2 other ingredients (i.e. avocados and tomatoes). No dressing on the salad or limit to extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon or lime.
- Eat every 2-3 hours but not in between.
- In between meals drink distilled water (with or without fresh lemon or lime) at least 8 ounces.
