Check out the “10 day” 5 basic food guidelines:
 

  1. Start your day with 8-16 oz of fresh squeezed (you squeeze it) orange or grapefruit juice.
  2. During the day choose from any fresh organic fruits or leafy green salads and eat as much as you want.
  3. Keep it really simple.  Avoid too much mixing.  If you eat apples, eat apples.  A salad would consist of leafy greens and maybe 2 other ingredients (i.e. avocados and tomatoes).  No dressing on the salad or limit to extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon or lime.
  4. Eat every 2-3 hours but not in between.
  5. In between meals drink distilled water (with or without fresh lemon or lime) at least 8 ounces.
